Ms. Jodi Campbell is a native of Tucson, AZ and has been in North Carolina for the past 22 years.  Ms. Campbell now resides in New Bern, NC.  She graduated from East Carolina University with a BM in Music Education.  She had taught as an associate director at Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, NC for two years and has taught middle school band at Grover C. Fields Middle School for 12 years. Prior to teaching at Tucker Creek, Ms. Campbell was the associate director at Havelock High for two years.

 Although she has been trained to play all instruments, Ms. Campbell’s main instrument for the past 28 years has been the clarinet, and she still performs in local concerts and musicals.  She is an active member for the North Carolina Band Association for the eastern district, a member of the National Association for Music Education and was a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honor Music Fraternity.  She has a 7 year old son, named Daniel and two furry children named Lucky and Charms.  Ms. Campbell hopes to share her love of music and educate students into future leaders.
